Safety is no small matter, and prevention is key. To strengthen the fire safety awareness of all employees and temper emergency response capabilities, Cangzhou Great Drill Bits recently organized a comprehensive, practical fire emergency drill. With a focus on practicing for real situations, this drill aimed to protect employees' lives and property while building a solid safety defense line for our enterprise. The drill simulated a real fire scenario with a pre-developed plan and a clear division of responsibilities. Simulated fire points were set up simultaneously in three of our workshops, triggering an emergency response to help employees master vital escape and self-rescue skills.

As the urgent fire alarm sounded, the simulated fire points in the three workshops "caught fire" simultaneously, filling the area with smoke and quickly activating the emergency state. Guides in each workshop swiftly took their positions to direct the evacuation, reminding employees to "cover mouths and noses, bend down, and evacuate in an orderly manner". Following commands, employees rapidly evacuated along pre-set routes to the safe assembly point, maintaining a tense yet highly orderly process throughout. Department heads quickly took a headcount and reported the situation, ensuring a complete closed-loop in the evacuation process.

After the evacuation was completed, the safety director provided on-site instructions on the fire extinguisher operating mnemonic: "Lift, Pull, Grip, Press". They demonstrated the proper usage, corrected common operational misconceptions, and helped employees master initial fire extinguishing techniques. Employees then formed groups to personally experience the operation. Under the expert guidance of Manager Zhang from the Safety Department, the staff completed the fire extinguishing process, truly experiencing the practicality of fire safety skills and successfully transforming theoretical knowledge into practical readiness.

Following the practical exercises, Manager Zhang held a safety lecture tailored to the specific production characteristics of our workshops. He explained the "four capabilities" and the "five understandings and five masteries" of fire safety, while systematically identifying potential hazard points such as electrical usage and material stacking. The lecture also popularized alarm reporting procedures and escape techniques. By reviewing typical case studies, Manager Zhang answered employees' questions and guided everyone to turn safety awareness into a daily habit, ensuring that risks are mitigated at their source.

This drill utilized a comprehensive model of "multi-point ignition + evacuation + practical operation + knowledge popularization," firmly solidifying the fire safety foundation of our entire workforce. Moving forward, Cangzhou Great Drill Bits will continue to rigorously manage fire safety work, keeping our safety awareness sharp and honing our emergency response capabilities. We remain dedicated to building an impenetrable safety barrier for our employees and the continued development of our enterprise.
